CATLAUNCH.io Quote Request Privacy Policy

CATLAUNCH.io is operated by Catherine Bento-Collier, doing business as CATLAUNCH.io, in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information submitted through our quote request form.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name (if provided), business name, and email address. We also collect any additional information you choose to provide when discussing your project. Our website and form tools may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your submission.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the form.
Why we collect and how we use your information
By submitting the form, you consent to us using your information to:
- Respond to your request and understand your business needs.
- Prepare a quote or suggested service plan.
- Contact you with questions or follow-up related to your enquiry.
- Maintain records of our communications.
We do not sell your personal information. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If you choose to receive promotional or informational messages by checking the optional consent box on the form, we will send you those messages until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Service providers and processing outside Canada
We use GoHighLevel, Lovable, and Google's Gmail service to collect, manage, and respond to quote requests. These providers handle information on our behalf. Your personal information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States and other countries where these providers and their service providers operate.
When information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those countries, including lawful access by courts, law enforcement, or government authorities. Those laws may differ from Canadian privacy laws.
We may also disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law.
How long we keep your information
We keep quote request information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or business record-keeping needs. If a request does not lead to a project, we generally delete it within 24 months. We will securely delete or de-identify information we no longer need.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and the security features of the providers named above, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask us to stop following up on your enquiry or withdraw your consent to future uses of your information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. This may limit our ability to respond to your request.
You may also request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask about deletion. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within the time required by applicable privacy law (currently 30 business days under PIPA) and explain any restrictions that apply.
